No sound on playback with my Samsung tablet

I'm trying to record myself playing guitar to put up on YouTube. It's in the selfie mode and it records the video just fine but there's no audio. When I put it back to the regular mode and shoot some video and talk long with it it will playback with sound. I've gone through the system and checked all the volume and everything looks fine. Anybody else have this problem?

@Jakal9712: Please can you confirm the model number and current Android version of your phone? What app are you using to playback the videos? Have you tried an alternate media player to see if the issue persists? To troubleshoot the issue can you try connecting headphones to your phone to see if this helps? Similarly, if you have any Bluetooth headsets connected to the phone, disable Bluetooth when playing the videos to see if audio comes through as expected.
