No Mobile Care Light acknowledgement with Galaxy S8+ preorder

I preordered the special galaxy s8 promotion that came with mobile care light for free. The packaging doesn't acknowledge that my device has mobile care light. How can I redeem it? 


NB. I have now (in a seemingly unrelated action) received an email from domestic and general providing me with my policy.


As customer service were no help - I am assuming the receipt of the document is simply cooincidence rather than any degree of competence on the part of Samsung.

Lucky you. I got my S8+ seven days before release and I still have no sight of the insurance as part of my contract in purchasing the S8+ with insurance. I am more than disappointed with Samsung. WHERE IS MY INSURANCE! ?
