No caller ID since June 24th update

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Since the recent software update, now I no longer see the caller's name, picture or hear the assigned personal ringtone from anyone in my Contacts List. They ALL come through as 'Private' and to the default ringtone.

I have checked all my settings are correct and have also powered off and back on again, hoping that this might help...but nope.

I'm with EE...oh and I have a Galaxy A7 (2018) if that helps?

Thank you @Pugs1957 - you led me to thinking what has happened recently with my plan..and called EE this morning. It appears when I changed from PAYG to contract a few weeks ago, some of the settings their end hadn't transferred over- 1 of which was Caller ID!!
So, I wasn't going mad..and I'm all good 👍. Many thanks for the brain jog in the right direction. Cheers x
