I had to buy a new phone on holiday and now back in England found it hasn't got NFC built in. Is it possible to get it loaded on so I can use Google pay

@seanre Hello, if your phone does not have NFC technology, it is not compatible with making contactless payments, and using banking apps and Google pay, Samsung Wallet. It is a hardware issue and it is not correctable. Greetings.

Unfortunately you can't @seanre 

NFC is hardware based inside the phone so you can't just add it i.e via a software download.

If you really want contact less payments vua Samsung Wallet or Google Wallet then I'd suggest to sell your current phone and use the funds to buy a model with NFC included.
