newest msgs not at top

hi everyone

i seem to have problem with messages. 

newest messages are not coming to top. i have to scroll half way dwn screen to look for them. 

i am missing important customer messages. 

if my car reads them also as it does i will miss even more. 

i tried in settings with gsm, unicode & alphabetical. 

so eg even if an existing person in my msgs and they msg me, i have to scroll a long way dwn to find . its by chance i find odd ones. 

this is frustrating me.

Hello @fairymaid69

First of all go into Settings > General management > Date and time and make sure it's set to auto.

Also check you don't have any messages pinned because it'll show all the pinned messages at the top, and if someone who isn't pinned sends a message you'll have to scroll down passing the pinned messages to see their message.
