New Samsung Galaxy S8 blurry front camera

Good evening!

I got this phone for about 10 days, when i opened camera (front) in first day it was blurry and lagged. Bought this phone absolutely new.

So, when i open front camera it's blurry and lagging, i can't normally move phone because then everything lags and blurrs. When i turn down that brightness it stops blurring, but then that brigtness automaticly goes back and lags again. In mode like wide screen selfie its not lagging. In front camera video everything is fine.

Hi @Miks. Can you run a Hardware Test and get back to me with the results? 

1. From the phone dialler, enter *#0*#.
2. Select Front cam. 

Is the image still blurry?

Front Camera in that *#0*# almost same like normal camera. Tested in same place and ligt.

If this was my phone and the issue was happening so soon after purchase then I would take it back for a new replacement phone.

In the UK we have 30 days after purchase to swap out.

You would need to check what your options are where you bought it from.

i am having the same issue with the back camera (or mega cam), its blurry until i move close up to an image
