Hi,
Please go to ur settings and click on connections and select mobile network and change ur network mode to LTE/3G/2G ( auto connect), this should help if its not set on this.

Check with your network provider too, check that the network is all good where you are or live if happening in a prodominate area, if everywhere see if the sim card is good. This can be done at network provider store or using your sim in another phone.

Hello @smurf12

This can sometimes be attributed to your sim card.

As a process of elimination can you try your Sim Card in another phone.

Does this happen everywhere you go ?

If you can't then your network will need to help you.

They can replace the sim card with a sim swap.

If you can make calls in another phone then run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App.

A Samsung Service Centre can look at your phone.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Is your phone locked to a particular network? Like would another network sim work but not the sim you trying.

U may need to unlock it hD same issue with my Note 10 Plus a few years ago. It was locked on EE had to pay to get it unlocked from independent place.
