NEED TO SEPERATE PICTURES INTO SEPERATE ALBUMS

I have the Samsung Galaxy S8 plus there are 2 different types of apps that have pictures, I would like to combine them all into one app, and then be able to sort every single picture in to the type of album that I will like to re name such as pictures of my truck and have them put into 1 , Pictures of hair styles into another album, Pictures of family into another album, Items I mean to sell into  Another album, So one and so forth but before I do that and main thing is I need to gather all the pictures put him into 1 app that is very good at being able to perfect the pictures and as well erase any double pictures that I have which were get rid of a lot of them please explain in detail step-by-step on how to do this and where I would need to go also suggestions on the best photo app for selling items online and taking pictures being able to share them on different apps easily thank you so much for any help.

Okay so i`ve got some steps for you. 

First you need to go into google photos. 
Tap on the three lines in the top left corner and then go into  settings. 

From here go into back up and sync.  You`ll see an option for back up device folders. Make sure all the folders are turned on.  Go back to the main page, and drag down, this will kick start the back up to google photos and all the photos will go here. 

Once all the photos have backed up you can sort them in to different albums.

OK there is a small issues that I forgot to mention I have about 5 different Facebook accounts about 6 email accounts from Google and about 5 different accounts from Yahoo and when I sometimes clicking to another e-mail and I go to my photos I'll have 4000 and if I go to another e-mail and I go to my photos all have 11000 so how can I game all the pictures the run all the emails and combine them into one so that way I can begin to separate them I really appreciate your help

I think you'll be best of uploading all these on to a computer to sort them out. There`s not enough space on your device to upload all of these. Also I don`t think google photos has enough space for them. Plus using your phone will take you a life time, Best of using a computer to move all your photos off your phone and on to the computer storage and then doing the same for the different accounts that you've got. from here you can find a cloud storage that will have enough space for them and upload them on to there.

I know this is a bit restrictive in the sense that you need a computer but that`s your best bet. plus it lowers the risk of loosing valuable pictures.
