My samsung J3 2017 keeps restarting


Hi i hope someone can help me with this problem. Since i updated the last software update on my phone, my phone keeps restarting whenever i use the internet or even on apps that worked perfectly fine before that update. Is there anyway i can solve this problem as its getting rather annoying now. It is also happening on my daughters phone and she has the same model phone as me

I had the same update on 14th January, so far my phone hasn't restarted once since the update so it must have fixed the issue.

Sorry, I just saw that you are in trouble. I have a little experience with this problem and I hope it will be useful to you: you need to make sure your phone is not suffering from hardware damage. In the absence of hardware damage, like this: charging, updating firmware, erasing the cache partition, starting safe mode, factory reset. If these methods are not able to solve the continuous restart problem, you may still have to take it to the repair shop.

Common problem.  Usual troubleshooting may not fix it.  This is a Samsung problem they need to own up to a fix.
