Hi @Adeyemi  The  Samsung facility was removed in the Uk for privacy and security reasons. Whilst 3rd party apps are available they often have limitations.  Whilst it is legal to record calls in Uk cannot be shared to 3rd party without consent. see a bit more in this thread https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s22-series/record-calls-option-not-available/m-p/5219209

I use a third party app to record I don't bother to tell them about me recording as if someone becomes abusive then you have the proof I have a short term memory problem so if I call the Doctors or Hospital I can go back through it for the times etc

Recording is legal in the UK for personal use without requiring informing the other party.
