My phone keeps dialing 999

My samsung s20FE randomly turned off and wont turn back on. The phone makes a buzzing sound when i apply a charger. When i spam the power button the phone makes a loud alarm sound and dials emergency services.

This is an emergency feature, when you press the power button multiple times it goes into emergency mode

@AmirKhan786 Please perform a Soft reset of your phone by pressing and holding the Power and Volume Down buttons together for around 10 seconds.

 

In regard to your charging issue, is there any damage to the charging port that is causing this?

 

If you press the Power button over a certain amount of times, this will dial emergency services if you have Emergency SOS enabled. If you do not want this to happen, you will need to disable this by going to Settings > Safety and emergency > Tap the toggle next to Emergency SOS to enable/disable this.
