And I'm struggling with the consequences that not receiving updates caused me
Bixby doesn't work
I can't download so many apps like netflix
They say that these apps aren't compatible with this version 8.0
I'm sufferingg
Im feeling like my phone is only for answering phone calls and taking photos
So please help mee

Is your software up to date ?
Are your apps up to date ?
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can look at the phone.
If needed you can clear the system cache files via turning the phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the cache.
And or go into Settings_Apps_Google Playstore_Storage_Clear Cache.
If needed also clear Data as a very last resort.
A final resort would be to back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.
