Hi I have a Samsung galaxy J5 2017 mobile. I am trying to locate the folder "my files where all my downloads are located. You told me to go to the home screen-scrool -APPS-SAMSUNG-MY FILES- DOWNLOADS . ( But I can't locate the SAMSUNG folder on the apps screen) can you help me .

Don't you have the Samsung app like this?20180222_225853.png

 

 

And once you click on the Samsung app you'll see 'My Files' in there.
