music transferred from iTunes doesn't play correctly

I bought my first Samsung, the M31s, new, a few months ago to use as my work phone. My personal phone is an iPhone which I've always had before.

I managed to transfer all my music across when I first got it to play via Bluetooth in the car, however recently when I copy music I've bought through the iTunes store on my iPhone, backed up on my PC via iTunes then copied into my phones folder connected via USB to my PC, it has glitches, artefacts when played via my Samsung phone, it sounds like a scratched CD. The same file when played via the PC, plays correctly.

I've spent hours trying to find out what the problem it but I'm stuck. I can't even work out what the problem is in order to solve it?

Any help much appreciated. TIA

Hi Steve, thanks for replying. I've already tried but when I try to download music manger onto my PC I get the message 'Google Play Music is no longer available'.
