@lechero909uk: Please can you confirm the model number and current Android version of your phone? Which apps are you having issues with, and are you getting any error messages when you attempt to access them? As a basic troubleshooting step, please try a Soft Reset by pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts, as this will refresh the device and address any temporary issues that might be affecting it.

what's the difference between a soft reset and a factory reset please? since doing the last update, iv had terrible screen problems, I did a factory reset but it hasn't solved the problem. any advice would be great! thanks.
