Can you elaborate a little please ?

 

Somethings I’d suggest would be......

 

  • If mobile data connection is dropping is this happening everywhere ?
  • If you can’t connect to mobile data at all have you spoken to your Network to ensure it’s not an account issue. Can you try your SIM card in another phone as a process of elimination.
  • Is Mobile Data turned On in your phone.
  • Some phones have internal Data Monitors with a sliding bar that can act as a restriction so if a person reaches their own set Gb usage data turns Off.
  • Check the APN Settings in the phone.
  •
