Missing Photos

I have a Galaxy S7 and some of the 300+ holiday photos I took appear in 'gallery' but not in 'my files'  on the phone or on my laptop when using Windows Explorer. This means I can't copy them off to edit and print on my laptop.

I never set up a Samsung Cloud account so assume they have not gone there and I didn't change any settings.

Photos taken a couple of minutes before or after the 'missing' ones can be copied off normally.

Anyone know where they might be and how I can get at them?

Hey @chuckbk

Have you tried sending them to your own email account, so you can access, edit and print them from your laptop? 

Go into the Gallery app > Select the image you're wanting to access > Select the Share option > Select Email application and send them over from there.
