My samsung has microphone problems.
When testing the receiver in the test-menu it doesn't make a steady noice. It makes a vibrating noice, like an ambulance. Does this indicate a hardware-problem?

Is the microphone free of debris or lint etc @finnhelge
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre wouod be able to run a more detailed diagnostic for you.

Yes. I have checked for lint etc with the end of a paperclip.
