Memo not transferred with smart switch

Hi,

I recently performed a factory reset of my Galaxy S7 for various reasons. Before doing so I backed up everything using smart switch on my computer.
After the rest I restored everything to the phone (using smart switch) and every thing went well BUT for my memos.
The memos were not properly transferred. I checked and there is a memo folder on the data saved on my computer, containing a single file (200Mo big) called memo.nmmm
Is there any way I can restore my memos?
I tried downloading Samsung Notes but it does not find the notes on my phone (even after copying the memo.nmmm file onto my phone manually).

Any idea? Thanks!

Hi @Jylu

If you are still having issues with this, can you confirm if you added another Samsung account on the phone and synced it to your Samsung Notes app? Also, have you tried restoring the files again from scratch?
