M31 Signal Issues

I used to have 4 bars of signal on my old phone. I've been using the phone for around 4 months and was convinced it was my phone network provider. However, everyone who is on the same network has great signal and I barely get 1 bar. This means texts are late, call quality is awful, and sometimes even cuts me off mid call. Solutions? Or do I need to get the hardware fixed? Its been like this since purchase....

If your sim shows stronger signal in another phone then i would suggest a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look. 

Also be aware the bars in the status bar are for indication only.

To check your signal strength then look in settings , about phone, Status,  sim card status and look at the signal strength in dBm
