@GRH48: Do you have a lock screen security option in place, and the M20 isn't accepting the PIN/password? You mentioned that you attempted to unlock the phone remotely - did you do this using Find My Mobile (https://findmymobile.samsung.com/login.do)? If so, what issue did you face when attempting this step?
