lock screen time out

Hi 

Is there any way I can make my lock screen swipe to open stay on longer as my partner is to slow at swiping .I have tried increasing the screen shut down from 30 sec to 1 minute but it does not alter the time you have to swipe

Any ideas 

Phone is new Samsung Galaxy M31

try good lock and get the lock star module and there will be an option for lock screen timeout
