Latest update messed up my phone!

The last samsung update turned on call barring on its own.. Now I can't call anyone, and settings say it's off... How can I turn off something that is already turned OFF! I can't even turn it ON! This is way beyond me, and I can't afford taking my phone to a service....

What happens if you soft reboot the phone by turning it Off and On.

Also sometimes backing up and factory resetting can help as a last resort especially if you cannot get to a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre @LadySpitfire

I appreciate nowadays our lifes are pretty much on smartphones and as such having one glitch on us can be infuriating.

Well, rebooting worked, so all I can say now is that it is infuriating, and thank God for people like you!
