My Samsung screen is broken and black also device locked, so i wanted to download my files through Samsung Cloud but it's commanding me to set up Two-Step Verification.
I choose my country Kosovo prefix which is only a (+) here in Samsung Cloud, i find it odd it should be originally (+383)
I tried adding "00" (383) (My Number) or "0" (383) (My number) but it keeps saying "Please confirm your country code and phone number." it won't send me the sms code?
