Kill all apps at set time?

Is there a way to do this, so apps don't drown my battery

It's not really advisable to kill all the apps but you can go into settings, apps, select the apps you don't wanting running when not in use and turn off background activity.
Don't use this option for apps you need to play in the background such as music apps.
Android optimises the battery usage quite well tbh, if I'm not using the phone after charging to 100% the phone will use around 5% of the battery over 7 hours.

Certainly it is advisable to put some apps to sleep, there are two options - sleeping and Deep Sleeping Apps. you can set the phone to restart at a certain time, that will clear everything from memory..

I know.. But it also needs me to enter my password.. No go for me
