J6 update 30/4/20

Hello.

Since the update yesterday my phone is not the same!

Battery loosing power very quickly on phone.

My Samsung watch was unresponsive and now seems to be ok at present.

Some apps are taking forever to open and I've given up waiting for them & closed them down.

- Hotmail is slow.

- 02 keeps coming up as my browser page.

All in all the update is not worth the hassle so my advice is DON'T DOWNLOADED IT!!  

PLEASE CAN YOU SEND AN UPDATE TO FIX THIS ASAP?

If a phone is misbehaving after an update then please consider the following.

 

First try Safe Mode which disables any downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working and then see what happens. If it stops then one or more of your apps are causing this. Come out of Safe Mode and start deleting your most recent apps one at a time until it stops.

 

If the issue does not stop in Safe Mode then..

 

1. Turn the phone off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the cache.  No info is lost this way.

 

If no help....

 

2. Back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset as a last resort.

 

In regards to your browser page.
