If you go into your phone app and dial *#0*# this will bring up a number of tests including the mic.
And or use the diagnostic tools in your Samsung Members App.
If the mic has failed and is not because of an accidental bump or water damage then please contact your nearest Samsung Service Centre or if you have the facility available where you live choose the Samsung Doorstep Repair service.
