J6 losing Bluetooth pairing

My J6 regularly loses its Bluetooth pairs. Typically where there's lots of other Bluetooth signal, but it forgets the 5 connections I have and lists out a load of possible connections - none of which I want. I am sick of reconnecting my car, speakers, headphones etc.

 

Any ideas?  Many thanks.

If clearing pairing and re setting them back up and if possible clearing caches etc does not help and there are no compatibility issues then if this was my phone I'd consider taking it to a Samsung Service Centre for a diagnostic.
