Other SmartphonesYesterday(July 4th) I received an Android 10 update and security patch of June 2020 for my galaxy j6. Initially, it was working fine but after a while, it rebooted and got stuck on a black screen with Samsung written on it. It's been more than 10 hrs and it is showing no progress.
What should I do?
Should I reboot it forcefully?

Other SmartphonesI just pressed Volume down and power button for a few seconds and my phone rebooted perfectly.
Still can't figure out what was the problem exactly

Other SmartphonesAre you able to enter into the phones settings to try and soft reboot it ?
Perhaps try hooking upto a computer and use Smartswitch.
If not then a hard reset maybe an option but you could lose all your information through the process.
Or drop into a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre if local.
