J3 internal screen cracked after 6 week without being dropped. Is there a known fault on these phones.

There are no known issues with the J3. 

Physical damage does void the warranty and would incur a chargeable repair. We do recommend you pop to your nearest Service Centre to discuss this with one of our engineers.
