Hey @Hcir32! These adverts could be linked to your third party apps. I'd recommend monitoring the phone Safe Mode for 2 hours and seeing if the issue is still persistent: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/skp/faq/898277 (Safe Mode is when your phone is returned to its default settings, so that you can find out if a third party application is causing your device to run slow, reset or just run slow in general. This does not delete any information on your phone). Let me know if the adverts are ongoing whilst in Safe Mode.
