I updated my j5 just two days ago and now I cannot use WiFi. I can use mobile data still but no wifi

Hi,

Try soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.

Have you tried forgetting the wifi connection in your phones settings and then reset up a fresh connection.

If a system cache refresh does not help then a last resort could be to create a back up and factory reset.

Is this on your Home Broadband Wifi or all Wifi including cafe / restaurant type wifi connections ?

Im getting very slow reading apps from memory card?

Apps grayed ghosted out can take a few mins fir them to be used.

Never did this before update.
