Indian sim not detected in galaxy M21 after software update

Hello all,

I am Indian, I recently moved to poland and phone was working fine with both sim (local poland) and Indian airtel sim. I received an software update recently after that my Indian sim is not been detected by phone.

Scenario 1: If both sim are inserted then network is not detected

Scenario 2: If only one sim is inserted (local poland) then works fine with network and data

Scenario 3: If only one sim is inserted (Indian) then Sim is not detected and no network

Try your Indian sim in a different fully unlocked phone if you have access to one to eliminate whether its your sim card or your device. There's a chance your sim may have gone faulty.

I'm also facing this problem from this morning after the software update in my Mobile 30s. Could your issue got resolved? Please let me know the solution if you have got any, thank you.
