Since the update my phone Samsung S7 edge doesn't show caller ID and doesn't show I have a call coming through. When I make an outgoing call it doesn't show that I'm calling out or who I'm calling. I have tried looking at settings and Factory reset but it's still the same. Can someone help me please?

In your phone app and settings and Supplementary Services is Caller ID turned On.
