Incoming calls

Hi there,

I received an incoming call from a caller that was not in my contacts list.

When they called their name came up anyway even though they were not in my contacts.

Is this normal? If so, why is that the name comes up even thought they are not in my contacts?

Hi @Ladyijnn   I am aware that an  individual /business can set their caller ID to reflect a name so that it appears on the person's being called Caller ID display.   Though personally I am receiving  few unknown calls, perhaps others  an share  experiences/knowledge.

However as far as unwanted call numbers  are concerned, you should be able to Block them if desired.
