Other Smartphones@billymac: Do you have the original charging cables and plug adapters that came packaged with the devices? If you do, and if you connect the phones to their respective chargers, does a charging indicator appear on screen? If not, try connecting them to a home computer using the relevant USB cable to see if you're able to establish a charge, then press and hold the Power button to see if they boot up as expected.
