Hi @promanoo, sorry to hear about this issue. Unfortunately, using third-party programmes to force an update or software different from one the phone should be in, voids the warranty. You can still book your phone in for repair so that the engineer can flash it, but any data in it will be lost and the service will be chargeable. You can book a repair here.
