I have a frozen S6 stuck on the samsung logo,ive tried everything on youtube.Ive downloaded the firmware ,still frozen.Help

Hello - it appears I've experienced this with an S7.

You can try these methods for help.

1. Restarting the device.
If the device is on the Samsung logo still, try pressing 'Power Button + Volume Down'.

2. Enter recovery mode.
You can try and enter recovery mode to try and reset the device or install a update/firmware.

3. Find a local Samsung Store.
You can try and find a Samsung Store nearby, and try and get it replaced if the Android OS is corrupted.
