You have to Factory reset your phone from Recovery mode.

to unlock your Note 8 and all new Android it is very simple, i did it it is realy simple and wounderful

 

it is With Remote Control service via Find My Mobile (Applicable in all android versions)

Note: Remote cantrol only work when Samsung account is alredy configured in device and internet is working.

1Open https://findmymobile.samsung.com/ on PC
.
2Login through "Samsung account" same Samsung account which you have used to activate the remote control service.
.
3Go to "Unlock My Device" option

Note: To unlock the device screen through Samsung dive Internet must be activated in the device.
