I needed my power button replaced; probably because of a mechanical failure, which seems to not be that hard to do. The technician told me that they would have to replace the entire screen which costs ~$200-300. Did the technician tell you your phone is really old and pushed you into buying a new phone? How was your experience?
I feel like the technician completely made up another story of my phone having a looping problem. The phone worked perfectly before my battery died, but now I have all these "issues" with my phone. Also, a 2.75 year old phone should not be considered old. Terrible engineering if it's true.
