Hi barrie
Im assuming that you`ve listened to the voicemail and its still showing the notification.
There are 2 steps that you could try.

Option 1
Try calling yourself from the same device. it will go to voicemail. leave a voicemail. and then listen to the voicemail and then delete this. this should help.

option 2

Go into settings > Applications > tap on the three dots in the top right hand corner > tap on show system apps > scroll down the list of apps until you see the three seprate phone apps > go into each phone app and clear cache and data.

These two steps should help. try Option 1 first and if that doesnt help then move on to option 2.
if you still have problems let us know.

Hi @Kirsteen

If you go to Apps > Tap the 3 dots > Show System Apps > Phone > Storage, you will find the Clear Cache option in there.

I have to do this every time I get a message from my phone company. I'm going to continue looking for a better solution I hope there is one this is silly. Not your fault, just irritating, I like having a clean bar up top so I know when something new has come in. If I find one I'll post it here.

Hello,

Please can someone help me remove my voicemail notification, my voicemail is empty!

I have tried leaving a message and then deleting it, I have cleared cache... I cannot seem to switch off "show notifications" under the phone app, its driving me mad!

I have a Samsung s10+, latest software.  I have recently changed my sim to a different supplier and since then I'm having this problem!

Thanks

I still have the notification after trying both methods multiple times. When I call my voicemail it does leave a message, but I can't listen to it. When I call my voicemail trough the notification it says the number is not connected. I even changed my voicemail number but now it says that it's a wrong number (even though "voicemail" is written at the top). It's there for a few months now and I tried any method I could find, please help me.
