How do i buy your phones?

I have recently attempted to buy from you online twice, I get up to the point of confirming my order and allowing you to charge £2.50 to confirm my account before I am told my bank card isn't issued to my home address. I now have two outstanding transactions in my bank to you but still can't buy anything.

I have been to my bank today confirmed my address and checked my online banking all of which say my address is correct.
