@WM47: Sadly the screenshot posted above hasn't worked. If your phone is showing horizontal lines on screen then please dial *#0*# into your telephone keypad, select Red, Green and Blue from the options on screen and check to see if the problem persists. If it does then please visit a Samsung Support Centre to arrange for an engineer to inspect the phone. You can find your nearest one by following the link below, selecting 'Mobile Device' and entering your post code.
