I've a question  Regarding the message application on s8  Has anyone encountered any  Problems with it? When my s8 device is switched off  My message centre number disappears  An goes to default 0  Is there a fix for this  Thanks

I'm using the s8 and my messaging app is ok. 

It's usually the SIM card that defines this. 

Can you insert your SIM card into another phone to test it ?

This could be something to do with your SIM card, I encountered problems with it when I first got my phone. If your phone is unlocked, you can always buy a new one! :smileyhappy:

Through the Samsung text app you cannot. 

However.

Download a theme. 

Or

Use a Launcher like Nova Prime. 

Or 

Use another text app like textra.
