@Chrispraf: As this is a third party application this is difficult to advise on, however it may be the case that the feature is not available for Galaxy A5. The reaction emoticons are accessible by tapping the smiley face next to text input field, therefore if that is not possible after receiving the latest update then you may wish to contact the developers directly to enquire about its absence on your device/Android version.
