Hello guys, As I stated in the Title, I couldn't backup my Note 9 phone. Due to the malfunction existing in PC
right now, as soon as I hit the Smart SW back up button, program interface disappear immediately. I did the following:
1. I Try connecting another Galaxy S7 Edge, and doesn't work either. So reinstall the SW Pro many times with no success.
2. Removed all Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2010, it does't work either.
3. I test my, Note 9 in my fellow lap top, it works great, it allows my to backup everything.
Know, I give up . I really don't have any idea left. Gentleman could you help me, with this issue to fix what is causing the problem
