Hello all, i wonder if you could help me... for the last month i can't hear anyone on my hands free in my car l. The device is pairing fine but when i make or recieve calls it says 'private mode, call connection to phone' 

I feel like I've tried everything and is driving me insane!  Any ideas?

I don't use your particular set up.but from experience it may help to Google for a forum of people who use your make and model of phone and they maybe able to help.
