GalaxyS7 black screen

My S7 got a black screen since 4 days. The phone still working when I receive calls.

can you give me informations about it ?

The lcd ribbon is loose. The best thing to do is buy a glass back. Heat the back off with a hair dryer around the outside area and take it off ,its like to shatter. Take all off. Unscrew all thenscreews check and connection are pushed of. Check screen. Then use double sided tape and put new one on back if the screen is working . Use YouTube or ask me for exact step by step

Yep and they'll say new screen 170£ or well fix it. They'll take back off push all connections back on like i said and say 80£ please!
