I, and also my wife, have less than a year old Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4.
Those phones have been working just fine (slow, but hey, it's not ment to be any top-line model) but recently, maybe a month ago, we noticed two problems.
1. The bluetooth on phone turns off by itself after a while and can't then be turned back on. Rebooting the phone helps for getting bluetooth back, but in a few hours bluetooth dies. Tried clearing the caches on everything relating to bluetooth --> not a solution. Wife did a factory reset --> not a solution.
2. Battery ilfe seems to have dropped quite much at approximately same time.
Any feedback and/or ideas are more than welcome...
