Galaxy S8 still no Oreo update

Hello,

I have an Samsung Galaxy S8 SM-G950F and I still didn't get an oreo update

Baseband version: G950FXXU1AQL5

I tried using Smart Switch but no luck there also.

And I don't really want to root my device to update it manually.

Is someone aware when or if I will be able to update the device over the air?

Where did you purchase your phone from? Is it locked a network?

I am not entirely sure from where the phone was originally purchased as the phone was brought to me from sowhere from Europe but I live in Moldova.
CSC Country is BALTIC/LV if this helps.

I'm not too sure about the updates for Moldova, but you'd be best checking with your nearest Samsung Support to make sure Oreo was rolled out to your model/network.

The thing is that the phone is not for Moldova, do the updates depend on my location and not on the CSC?

I have friends with phones from Europe and they got their updates on time.

Do you know where the phone is from?

The features and os updates available for your phone will depend on the origin.

The phone itself is made in Vietnam but the CSC Country is Baltic / LV

But I saw on sammobile that oreo has been rolled out for many devices for Baltic countries
